Transit Time:

  • Once your order has been prepared for shipment, the estimated transit time is 5-8 business days.
  • Transit time refers to the time it takes for your order to be delivered from our facility to your shipping address.
  • Our transit days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Fee:

  • We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or destination.

Order Tracking:

  • Upon shipment, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number and a link to track your order's status.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours from the time of shipment for the tracking information to be updated in the system.

Canceling Orders:

  • If you wish to cancel your order after placing it on our website, kindly contact us immediately via email at jstewart@sunshinecorner.com 
  • We will issue a full refund if your order has not yet been prepared and shipped.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may choose to return the item(s) following our Return Policy.
